Yokomori is Karin Aoi's superior officer from the future. Most of the time when he contacts her timeship, she's off trying to solve the problem she created. Ultimately he must come back to the past himself in order to stop one of his fellow government officials, Mori, from making Junta Momonari and all of his decendents his slaves.
